The second edition of Portland Moms Blog’s Cookies with Santa event provides families with a low-cost, low-stress Santa photo experience. In partnering with Delectable Baked Goods for their amazing cookies, we offer kids (and grown-ups!) a holiday cookie decorating experience during the event. Traveling Julie Photography is on-site for professional photos, but families are also given the freedom to snap their own images. This year’s event is at Frigg’s Mercantile, a smaller venue for a more intimate experience, and will feature a Santa story time.

Play Fair PDX is coming to Portland! Grab a Play Fair PDX kids ticket and get the chance to meet some of your favorite characters like PJ Masks, Trolls, Wonder Woman and more! Partake in tons of kids activities like making slime with the Portland Ghostbusters, entering in a 9DKP card tournament, bringing home a craft from the Craft Station, trying your skills in the Urban Warrior Kids Obstacle Course, and so much more! Plus, an entire stage full of kids content will be running all weekend with things like lightsaber training, a kids costume parade, screenings of Trolls The Beat Goes On, and tons more. Bring your kids by Dance with Joy Studios during Sellwood’s Decemberville for Cookies with Santa! Delectable Baked Goods will be on-site with tasty treats, and we’ll have games and activities for children of all ages.

If you’d like a stress-free Santa photo opportunity, we’ll have designated slots for interested families to take pictures with a professional Santa in our winter wonderland! Reserve a time and avoid lines!

Ticket purchase ($6 in advance) gets your family a private photo opportunity with a Santa and a special event swag bag! Traveling Julie Photography will be there to grab a picture of your crew (available for purchase after the event) but you are also welcome to use your own phone/camera. Join Portland Moms Blog and Burn Boot Camp for an early evening Moms Night Out party! First, guests will try out the new approach to fitness that is making Burn Bootcamp take off across the country at the brand new Burn Bootcamp Beaverton. Don’t worry – it’s fun, entertaining, and no experience is necessary! Then, attendees will enjoy food, wine, and giveaways from local businesses. Complete a passport combining stops at different fitness stations and vendor visits to enter incredible raffles (personal shopping, food delivery services, photo sessions, and more!). Plus, every guest will leave with a swag bag of goodies.

You’re invited to join Portland Moms Blog and The Grinning Yogi at the first PMB Moms Night Out of 2017! Doors open at 5:45pm for a 6:00pm yoga session focused on relaxation and rejuvenation. All levels welcome! Every mom deserves a break, and this is your chance to get out, center yourself, and meet some other Portland mamas!

After the instructor-led session, attendees will enjoy light foods, wine, and (boozy) treats courtesy of Boozehound, self-described as “a boozey bakery in Portland using local products and local spirits to create booze-infused treats.” And as if BOOZE-INFUSED TREATS isn’t enough, we’ll also raffle off some exciting giveaways and every attendee will leave with a swag bag of goodies.
