RedLine Athletics specializes in fitness training for young athletes ages 8 to 18 with the goal to build strength and prevent injury and is part of a growing trend in youth athletics.
The Clackamas location features a large high-intensity training area with speed turf, two batting cages, a half-court regulation size basketball court with state-of-the-art flooring, and a full-size volleyball court. The facility also partners with Fusionetics to give members personalized movement efficiency tests.

We focus on specific exercises, and timing of those exercises, to retrain our natural system of bladder control. We also strengthen the core that can really take a hit with pregnancy. With Postpartum Corrective Exercise we work to remedy naturally occurring postpartum issues, so that you can feel strong and confident again; ready to hit the gym or even just laugh/cough/sneeze without bladder issues!

- Kids complete two make-your-own guided activities of their choosing from the following list:

- lotions.
A third activity may be added for an additional fee, however it is recommended to extend the party time, in that case.
- Parents are welcome to stay and join in the fun or head to the nearest coffee shop of their choosing (there are several good ones just blocks away!)
- 20-30 minutes are included for food, cake, presents, etc, as determined by the organizing family
- Outside food/drink is permitted at no additional fee
- Organizing family may arrive up to 45 minutes before the party to set-up, if desired
- Kids leave with their creations in hand! No goody bags needed!
